Trying something new can feel like a big step for kids and parents. Here's what parents usually ask before their kid's first class.
What should I wear to my first class?
Never trained before? A t-shirt and athletic shorts are fine for your first class. No zippers, no pockets. Bring water and a mouthpiece if you have one.
Do I need prior martial arts experience?
Zero. Everyone starts at the bottom. Leave your ego at the door, show up, and we'll teach you the rest.
Is it safe for my child?
Yes. Kids train with partners their own age and size, and our coaches run every class with safety and control first.
